4.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.

4.2 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. To request a refund, contact support@soldie.io within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds after 30 days are at our sole discretion.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days advance notice via email. Price changes do not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, AI models, and design, are owned by Soldie and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to Soldie ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLDIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• • Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• • You will have 30 days to export your data
• • We may delete your data after this period
• • No refunds for partial billing periods

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gdańsk, Poland. For EU customers, you retain the right to bring claims in your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via:
